I typically recommend a minimum of 12 weeks to establish new habits and see meaningful progress. The exact duration is set when we start, based on your goals.

The plan is designed around the equipment you have access to. If you have a gym setup at home or a preferred gym, we tailor your program to those tools or substitutes.
After the minimum term (3–6 months, depending on your program), I require one month’s notice to wind down your training and set you up for training solo.
Group sessions are available by enquiry. At present, I run a single group of friends who train together three times per week at a client-provided home gym. If you’re interested, your space and schedule will need to align with this arrangement, or we can discuss alternatives.
Yes, hybrid options are available. If you’re not local for a period, the in-person client’s plan is supported with online coaching year-round. If you’re an online-coaching client visiting Dubai, you can book individual sessions at a gym we arrange together.
